A Statement Condemning

The crime of bombing a consolation of women in Al-Naka’e house in Sher’a village – Arhab district – Sana’a, February 15, 2017
The airstrike of Saudi-led coaltion bombed the house where the women was gathered on the occasion of a funeral, North of the Capital of Sanaa – on Wednesday, February 15, 2017
The airstrike killed 6 women, including a childe and a pregnant woman and wounded 12 women among them (4) children.
Legal Center for Rights and Development condemns strongly this crime, which is a war crime and crime against humanity, this attack is an illegal reinforces the urgent need for an international investigation into violations of the laws of war that are committed by coalition forces in Yemen, also the countries of the world have to end to sale the weapons to Saudi Arabia, and put the coalition in the “Black List” that issued by the Secretary-General of the United Nations specialy the violations against children in armed conflict.
Since the begining of decisive storm operation in March 2015, the coalition forces illegally attacked houses, markets, hospitals, schools and factories and workshops and mosques … etc., as a result of raids coalition according to the Legal Center in statistics from the beginning of the process until this day the killed at least 11,000 civilians and injured more than 20,000.
The legal center appeals to the United Nations and international and local organizations to carry out their responsibilities in the promotion and protection of human rights in Yemen to condemn these crimes and to bring those responsible to trial for the violation of human rights laws
