The distribution of monthly food assistance to more than 58,000 families

The distribution teams of the National Foundation for Development and Humanitarian Response (NFDHR) started by the beginning of this month distributing WFP food aid for February 2019 cycle.

The emergency food assistance project targets 58345 displaced, affected and poor families in 21 districts of Al Jawf, Amran, Marib and Bayda governorates.

During the distribution of food assistance in more than 110 centers, NFDHR is keen to present the names of the beneficiaries in front of these centers and the components of the food basket and to raise awareness about the mechanisms of complaints and suggestions. The distribution committees organize the beneficiaries and ensure that recipients receive food baskets easily and effortlessly.
