The Logistics Cluster worked with the ICCM, the Humanitarian Country Team and OCHA to prepare the Operational Plan until the end of 2018. Crucial to the Logistics Cluster operational plan is the assessment of the estimated logistics gaps and funding, the storage capacity and the stockpiles of all humanitarian organisations across Yemen.
